Podcasts, Videos, and Links to Online Materials

I think the most useful part of Module five dealt with providing these extra resources! They are great peer reviewed resources for teachers.

I played around in Merlot, one of the options and found many great activities I could use in ESL 

Another activity that we did was locate and share a podcast. ESL has MILLIONS of podcasts so here is one that I liked and shared. It has text to match speech, has different speeds, and many topics to chose from

Communicating in Real Time



Consider Using Google Hangouts for Collaboration
This lesson talked about the pro and cons of real time interaction versus delayed interaction. We played around with polling and read about some other useful tools. The most useful aspect was a group practice in Google Hangouts. I am definitely switching to this over Skype.
